Emerado Community Endowment Fund to Host Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser
9/24/2025
EMERADO, N.D. – The Emerado Community Endowment Fund (ECEF) is inviting the public to enjoy a warm meal while supporting a good cause at its upcoming Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser. The event will be held this Sunday, September 28, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Emerado Community Center.
Guests can look forward to all-you-can-eat spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, and dessert. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under. All proceeds will go directly to the Emerado Community Endowment Fund, helping ensure that local organizations and projects continue to have access to grant funding.
The Emerado Community Endowment Fund was established in 2014 by a group of residents concerned about the lack of financial support available for local initiatives. The fund provides a structured way to receive donations and distribute grants that benefit nonprofit organizations and community projects in the Emerado area.
ECEF operates in partnership with the North Dakota Community Foundation, a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation under IRS code 501(c)(3) and North Dakota law. While the state foundation provides the administrative framework, the Emerado fund is managed locally by a group of dedicated volunteers. Their primary focus is on growing the fund and recommending grants that can strengthen the community.
By attending the fundraiser, residents not only enjoy a family-friendly meal but also help build a sustainable resource for local programs and services.
For more information about the fundraiser or the Emerado Community Endowment Fund, residents are encouraged to attend the dinner or connect with local ECEF committee members.
